Responsible for Trade revenues budgets for allocated clients with the coverage teams Make the management aware of performance gaps with suggestions to rectify and improve performance
Actively engage with client in conjunction with relationship managers to deepen Trade product penetration across client segments
Responsible for structuring Trade deals and providing technical expertise to relationship managers. Assist in the structuring of bespoke Trade solutions and ensure a high quality customer experience through consultative approach, design and implementing workable and innovative solutions for customer needs
Establish strong stakeholder relationships and work with colleagues across the network and the coverage team to build up strong Trade pipeline and closing transactions
Partner with coverage teams in order to develop quality credit proposals supporting structuring of Trade facilities and proactively managing transactional risk in an efficient and profitable manner
Manage proactively the fraud, regulatory and compliance risks in the transactions when developing solutions for clients.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of products, systems, processes, and practices while taking into account client needs and market developments
Actively participate in opportunities to update product skills, understand market trends and competitor behaviours
Building strong relationships provide trade finance solution & structuring trade deals for customers in CIB & Corporate Banking APAC region.
Delivery of specific revenue targets ; returns on risk adjusted assets and equity consistent and Commensurate with the Bank's acceptable risk parameters.
Work closely with Coverage teams across the region and network to develop new markets, clients, and products.
Work with respective Coverage RM on detailed Client Account Planning for growing trade business and maximize market share.
Manage client profitability, through provision of periodic updates, as agreed with Head of Transaction Banking Asia.
Closely monitoring utilization of Trade facilities and cross sell non-credit trade products / services to deepen client wallet.
To work together with Coverage team to come up with quality credit proposals supporting trade facilities and proactively manage transactional risk.
