JOB BACKGROUND / BUSINESS CONTEXT
This role has the following primary responsibilities: (1) Product Manager for the Supply Chain Finance product across ASEAN; and (2) Program Manager for key regional Supply Chain Finance client programs.

Singapore is a regional hub for regional headquarters and treasury operations of multinationals and top tier local corporates and financial institutions. The TTS Singapore business is a leading franchise in Citi and the industry, serving these clients within Singapore and broader Asia.
This role reports to the Trade Head for ASEAN, with a matrix reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Head for Asia.
DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As ASEAN Product Manager for Supply Chain Finance (SCF):
Responsible for the SCF Product Programs in each of the ASEAN countries, to ensure that these are maintained and updated in a timely manner in accordance with Global Product Program and local regulatory and legal requirements, working directly with key stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations).
P&L responsibility for SCF product across ASEAN, with responsibility for growth and profitability of SCF in the region.
Defining product and pricing strategy towards meeting goals
Presenting and obtaining internal approvals for all new and renewal SCF transactions in ASEAN
Working closely with Sales, Market Managers and Relationship Managers to drive origination momentum for new SCF deals as well as to grow utilization of existing SCF programs
Implementing ASEAN-wide SCF product initiatives, including technology platforms.
Ongoing responsibility for management controls for SCF product in ASEAN to ensure adherence with product programs and global product standards.
As SCF Program Manager Responsible for managing large, multi-country SCF programs covering ASEAN as well as broader Asia countries, including:
Serving as nodal point for the roll-out of multi-country programs working closely with clients and internal Citi resources across implementation, technology, supplier onboarding teams, credit etc. across countries; and
Responsibility for the growth and smooth operations of existing SCF programs, including ongoing client reviews and issue resolution.
Seeking well rounded bankers with 4-5 years experience in multi-national banks.
Prior Trade experience (product management, structuring or sales) would be a positive.
