Our client is an international Private Equity firm with their head office in Hong Kong, who's main finance & legal activities have recently been relocated from Moscow to the World Trade Center in Amsterdam. For this entrepreneurial firm we are looking for a Financial & Treasury Accountant, to help the Financial Reporting Manager and the CFO in the day to day financial aspects of the firm.
Prepare / participate in preparation of financial reporting packages and statutory financial statements for the Group entities;
Respond to inquiries from the management, financial reporting manager and financial controller;
Post journal entries for the Group entities on the basis of primary documents in accounting system
Collect payment requests, check supporting documents and authorization and initiate payments
Monitor unsettled bills and Prepare cash flow report
Archive primary documents of the Group entities, provide documents to the management, financial reporting manager or financial controller upon request;
Prepare, update and monitor loan schedules and the loan agreements for validity (monitor maturity dates, termination dates, loan amounts are up to date), prepare the list of necessary amendments to loan agreements to be prepared
Reconcile loan schedules to accounting system on a monthly basis;
Reconcile Group entities accounting data with the counteragents' data annually or upon
Assist financial reporting manager in conducting the audit, the consolidation of statutory accounts for Group entities, and the income tax and indirect taxes of off-shore Group entities
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
Relevant experience in corporate accounting within an SSC or a holding, knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
Internationally oriented team player
Fluent English required
Strong PC Skills in Microsoft Professional Office Applications, including MS Excel, Word, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills
