Role is aimed at leading the coordination of multiple international Recovery and Resolution initiatives across State Streets international legal entities (including SSBI GmbH SSBL SSTCC SSBT-London and SSBT-Hong Kong). Ensuring coordination and alignment with global planning assumptions and initiatives; educating Board and senior management of their responsibilities and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Develop approaches for meeting RRP requirements in multiple countries; working with local management to interpret requirements facing off with international regulators to ensure correct interpretation coordinating local subject matter experts in meeting their requirements Develop robust project plans to meet requirements ensuring Board oversight and governance appropriate resource assessment and coordinating engagement of resources to deliver project milestones Maintain professional relationships with multiple international regulators developing a rapport that allows for on-going communication to confirm appropriateness of approach and resolve any outstanding issues or queries. Respond to regulator queries and requests for information as they arise ensuring information is prepared by relevant subject matter experts and appropriate reviews and controls are in place to validate the accuracy Run workshops and meetings with senior international management teams to get appropriate input review and challenge in order to meet regulatory requirements

Ensure that you make reasonable decisions by exercising reasonable care when considering information available to you. This includes taking proactive action to ensure that the information you have is suitable and adequate. Level of Education/ Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors/undergraduate degree required preferably Financial based
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5+ years professional financial services experience International Recovery and Resolution planning experience with good understanding of BRRD US Living Will requirements and other international requirements Strong analytical background with solid Microsoft skills (particularly excel analysis preparing PPT presentations report writing in word) Experience in coordinating large scale projects with multiple resources and competing/challenging milestones
Demonstrable leadership qualities willing and able to roll sleeves up and lead by example Clear and concise communicator with focus on audience and ability to tailor style accordingly to ensure engagement of SMEs/motivation of resources as applicable Strong attention to detail and able to lead high pressurized deliverables without sacrificing on quality
Professional organisation membership / certification:
Not required but risk/compliance/financial/project management all beneficial
