Excellent opportunity for an experienced Analyst/Associate out of Investment Banking to join the BD team of a major business unit within a dynamic diversified group. This is an exciting and varied role that will have you involved in the execution of M&A transactions as well as direct involvement in a complex operating business through strategy & planning, business transformations and special projects for the business's various growth areas. Working as a part of a small but highly effective team, it is expected that you will be comfortable working across all aspects of a transaction as well as being able to work with and influence senior stakeholders through a period of change.
The ideal candidate will have two to four years investment banking experience and bring, excellent technical skills, a genuine commercial understanding about what drives value in a business and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
