Internet eBanking application functional support and registration
Provide fast, accurate functional support and related registration services for the bank's eBanking products by phone, e-mail, instant messaging and Jira to our APAC client facing teams, Implementation managers and also directly with clients
Participate in drives to continually innovate and optimize our internet eBanking support and registration activities.
Compose and update procedures and monthly activity reporting intended for client facing teams
Communications with team members in Europe, America and Asia
Provide excellence in term of Quality of Service toward internal & external clients
Plan and report on assigned tasks
Knowledge in Internet browsers setups and related internet plugins under Windows / Macintosh platforms
Experienced in internet eBanking product setup support is essential
Experience in cash management or trade is an advantage
Good interpersonal skills & a team player
Excellent proficiency in spoken & written English, other Asian language is desirable
