The Operational Readiness Lead for the ECM Upgrade workstream is accountable for all aspects of Operational Readiness for all the deliverables of the workstream and coordination of Operational Readiness activities of associated workstreams to ensure a successful transition of the deliverables into BAU.
Strategy Develop and maintain the ECM Update Operational Readiness framework for the whole of the "ECM Update workstream" in alignment with existing Operational Readiness frameworks for the bank, FCRMP and Project SAIL.
Accountable for the preparation, delivery and implementation of all aspects of the Operational Readiness Plans for each deliverable of the workstream within the framework.
Ensure integration of People, Processes, Infrastructure and systems into Operations/BAU, executing a flawless transition with uninterrupted operations and an all teams prepared for Stable Operations.
Responsible for reviewing the detailed design plans for the workstream against operational processes and providing opportunities for improvement to ensure that the design contains all appropriate elements and features required for effective operational performance.
Lead stakeholder and informal sessions at all levels, in order to involve and create a common understanding and consensus of operational priorities and objectives, to aid effective and efficient workstream delivery through all stages resulting in a smooth transition from project to BAU.
Work collaboratively with the Project SAIL and workstream team to identify and drive solutions to avoid potential operational conflicts across the full range of workstream phases.
Create and deliver a fully integrated Operational Readiness plan for the various stages of the work stream. This will require multi-team involvement during the planning and delivery stages.
Establish and implement essential performance measuring metrics to ensure all deliverables are validated for compliance and completed within agreed timescales.
Responsible for consulting with and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure conflicts or issues that could impact risk, delivery and quality are resolved effectively.
Responsible for ensuring standard operational plans are created or updated as required.
Responsible for ensuring that workstream, technical and operational interfaces are effectively managed.
Analyse the timescales for the delivery of Operational Readiness activities vital to the workstream and ensure that these align with the transition.
Responsible for working with the Project SAIL team, Product Owner and Business to ensure Operational Readiness activities are fully integrated.
Report to and support the Delivery Lead in the delivery of objectives within the Operational Readiness framework as directed.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Five or More years' experience of working within a regulated environment
Track record of driving results through teams and challenging peers, stakeholders and third parties to achieve results.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of using lean tools and analytical techniques in a wide range of operational and project environments.
