Manage the day-to-day aspects of the AML Compliance program and conducts due diligence investigations to ensure the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures are in compliance
Manage AML / Trade Surveillance aspects of responses to internal and external examiners
Assist in the development and implementations of AML and Trade Surveillance process, polices and reports
Perform periodic AML/Trade Surveillance related testing and assist with setting monitoring parameters
Provide advisory to various business units on AML related matters such as client on-boarding and transaction monitoring
Prepare and conduct AML Training to staffs in the firm
Prepare and coordinate periodic AML Committee meeting
Prepare operations manual for internal compliance departments
We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK
Degree holder of Law, Finance or other related disciplines
3-5 years' of working experience in banking/securities house/audit firm. The ideal experience could come from product control, middle office, operation, audit, risk management or compliance functions.
Good knowledge and experience in AML transaction monitoring and investigation (is preferred)
Good knowledge in the trading activities of either Credit or Equity Derivatives or Fix Income products (is preferred)
Good knowledge in client on-boarding and Customer due diligence process and requirements
Self-motivated, independent and able to communicate effectively at all levels
