As one of the most innovative firms based in Hong Kong, our client is a company that is looking to expand in the Greater China region, and have recently set foot into Hong Kong.
This is a newly created role that will report directly to the CEO on day to day operational responsibilities, delivery and execution of strategy projects. You will be expected to be an advisor to the CEO and must have a comprehensive understanding of how all departments within the organization operate.
Essentially, you will likely be a self-driven individual and be a proven multitasker with the ability to stay organized in a high-energy environment, and be willing to wear multiple hats and get your hands dirty to get the job done.
Manage group's 5 year plans and strategize corporate development strategies on the international markets.
Handle various projects by taking charge of respective area and work very closely with internal and external senior parties.
Challenge the status quo and proactively improve the strategic planning process through aligning all parties during the planning and execution stage.
Keep CEO informed by reviewing special reports and summarizing key points for discussion
Additional responsibilities when required by the CEO
The preferred candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy being challenged professional. The background preferred are:
Bachelor degree with 3-5 years of working experience in top-tier consulting firms or investment banking, MBA an added advantage but not a must.
Highly analytical not just in numbers but also having good commercial sense. Advantageous to be fluent with financial modelling.
Strong ability to present well and articulate thoughts
Advanced level of skills in relationship management
Be expected to go on business trip with CEO when required
Professional yet does not forget to have fun
Excellent command of English and Mandarin is a must
