The Budapest Wealth Management team is a member of the Financial Control Group mainly responsible for management reporting and analysis of Wealth Management products and strategies, and provides reporting technical support for Wealth Management Finance. Within the Wealth Management Team, the Consolidated Reporting Team is responsible for the accurate reporting of Investment Products, Capital Markets Products and Fixed Income Products. The team is supporting the New York controllers.
- Prepare, ensure and maintain an accurate and timely daily, monthly and quarterly management reporting of Wealth Management products - Reconciles source systems to reporting systems; at times needing to isolate variances, research, escalate and correct data. In case of variances: interaction with Operations, IT and other US based controller groups to resolve the issues - Reporting on performance of financial products (revenues, expenses and sales) - Understanding various (sometimes complex) data flows into reporting systems, while looking to enhance current processes through automation/changing sourcing - Carrying out tasks related to the job in accordance with the instructions of the NY controllers (ad hoc reporting)
- Bachelor's degree in economics/finance - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Experience in Excel - Basic accounting knowledge - Ability to interact with Operations, IT and other US based controller groups, at points looking to escalate and resolve issues - Ability to understand and oversee various reporting systems and respective data flows - Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills - Motivational, with ability to work both independently and in team environment with close deadlines
