We are most keen to hear from calibre equity sales people in the natural resources space, with particular focus on small cap and mid cap equities. We can offer 3 live roles for consideration within the equity sales space with diverse requirements although the overriding focus will be at the investor and capital raising end rather than deal sourcing. In each case there will be a healthy client list or deal flow to come in to.
Overview of some of the core duties one can expect:
Lead efforts with all primary and / or secondary issues as required by established pool of small cap and / or mid cap clients in or related to the natural resources space
Lead Capital raising and fund raising initiatives across diverse financial institutions including private equity, private wealth and family offices as well as occasional private investors
Enhance and add value ro relationships with existing and prospective investor pool
Generate effective working relationships with corporate finance and research teams resulting in compelling strategies and initiatives
Draw on market knowledge to suggest appropriate positions that the firm should take in the market keeping abreast of developments and arising opportunities
Candidates need to have excellent pedigree in the small cap or mid cap space, natural resources would be an advantage but related industries could also be considered here. Regardless, an entrepreneurial mindset will be required along with extensive market knowledge.
All roles are permanent and remunerated on the basis of a salary plus excellent bonus potential.
