Plans, prioritizes, manages and delivers on enterprise-wide projects in coordination with Derivatives and Liability Risk Leadership Team. Acts as an advisor, providing timely and relevant insight and advice to aid in strategic decision-making.
Helps coordinate and participate in deal and document negotiations.
Works extensively with high level spreadsheet, database reports and project management tools.
Creates and supports various management reporting tools, including scorecards, weekly executive summaries and roadmap to identify priorities.
Takes the lead in proactively assessing and prioritizing initiatives.
Designs and produces internal and external communications and reports, develops meeting agendas/minutes and produces executive-level communication pieces.
Builds on existing familiarity with insurance product design, trading framework and risk management as it pertains to derivative asset classes
7+ years' capital markets, asset management or insurance experience.
Knowledge of the derivative markets and trading operations in addition to Insurance products (annuities)
Familiarity with legal trading framework for derivatives (e.g. ISDA/CSA)
Prior demonstration of leadership, teamwork, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills to guide and influence stakeholder and partners.
Strong analytical, presentation & persuasive abilities with excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, engineering or related field. MBA/MS and/or CFA/FRM are preferred.
