Key Role: Manage the Deposits portfolio in product strategy, design and launch / implementation of both variants of existing products as well as new products, with objective of maximizing volume growth & income profitability while maintaining complying to both internal & external policies. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and provide product support for Time Deposits, CASA & payment related products
Maintain and monitor deposit pricing internally and externally
Engage treasury, segments, branches, acquisition channels, marketing and decision management to drive portfolio growth in terms of number of accounts and balances
Work with finance, segments, O&T, marketing and treasury on launch of new products
Responsible for financial plans preparations and reviews, along with industry stress test analysis
Devise and implement process solutions for new deposit products / campaigns / product variants to bring them to fruition (including those involving vendors), and manage them post implementation.
Own and optimize deposit policies and procedures to improve internal stakeholder and customer experience
Develop and manage internal communications & process
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and factual accuracy including managing product programs and deposits documentation (terms and conditions, application forms, letters, emails)
Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of programs
Ensure adherence to all local and global regulatory requirements
Knowledge / Experience / Technical skills:
Degree qualifications in finance, marketing or related fields preferred
At least 5-8 years of banking experience in a product / portfolio management, segment or project management role
Understanding of Singapore deposits market
Experience working on multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
High level of energy, strong coordination and campaign management skills
Detail oriented, result driven and good team player
Self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative
