Within the Asia Investment Solutions team we are seeking a Client Services Associate to provide extensive support to the Client Advisory team in Japan. Responsibilities will include liaising with clients, representing Winton at conferences and supporting the Director of Winton Japan with regulatory compliance.
Production and translation of Japanese investment documentation.
Completion of RFPs/DDQs in Japanese and coordinating with global teams.
Translation of client queries into English and responses into Japanese.
Preparation of regular and ad hoc client reports.
Conducting market, business and competitor research in support of business development.
CRM database maintenance.
Managing client events.
Submitting Japan regulatory filings in accordance with relevant regulations.
Ensuring internal policies are communicated and maintained appropriately.
Assisting with internal audit; coordinate compliance training.
Experience translating financial documentation (Japanese to English / English to Japanese).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
Class-1 and Class-2 JSDA sales representative qualification holder.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Fluent in Japanese and English.
Experience working within a hedge fund, investment bank, asset manager or security company would be advantageous.
