Manage and run non-financial risk functions including Corporate Security and Investigation (CSI), Information Risk Management (IRM) and Operational Risk Management (ORM)
Develop and enhance the non-financial risk functions (NFR) includes setting up the NFR methodology, developing the CSI, IRM and ORM team
Liaise with other risk functions, Compliance and Financial Risks, to deliver the objectives of Risk Management Department
Build the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework for the company, including Key Risk Register, certification, Risk Control Self Assessment
Support 1st line to understand and mitigate non-financial risks, manage conduct risk
Promote the risk culture and awareness in the company
Support risk reporting and prepare materials for risk committee
Good understanding of principles of risk management practice and / or related methodologies
Degree holder with more than 15 years working experience in risk, audit or compliance areas of financial services industry
Wide and deep knowledge of controls processes in insurance company acquired in internal or external audit, compliance or risk functions would be a plus.
Knowledge/understanding of investigation process
Good understanding of the local regulatory, cultural and operations issues. Familiarity with local regulatory framework and legal documentation / language a plus.
Excellent communication & writing skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken) and local language skill is mandatory.
Ability to present complex issues and concepts to senior management a must.
