Partner with Head of LDI Solutions to develop and promote LDI investment strategies and solutions
Develop analytics, reporting and analysis relating to LDI Solutions at Capital Group, leveraging appropriate technological solutions and tools
Create asset allocation models for current and prospective corporate and public pension clients
Work closely with industry consultants, OCIO providers and other related third-parties
Model prospective client's portfolios and recommend strategies, helping clients make appropriate and timely investment decisions
Author technical white papers and present at client meetings
Provide oversight and guidance to LDI Analyst responsible for financial modeling, analytics, reporting and data analysis.
10-15 years' experience in Actuarial Science, Asset Allocation and/or Fixed Income, with advanced knowledge of LDI Solutions
Advanced degree or certification in quantitative subjects (Actuarial Science, Masters in Financial Engineering or similar)
Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills with expertise in regulatory requirements for pension accounting
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Team player with ability to partner with Head of LDI Solutions and other senior business leaders, as well as interfacing directly with clients of the firm
Experience providing daily guidance and direction to less experienced team members
CFA designation a plus
