- As a Teamleader Client Services B2B it is your role to help your team members (35 to 50) to provide the best in class customer experience, achieve sales goals and, stimulate them to adopt our new way of working, by creating self steering teams, challenging other team members and promoting responsability.
Your key responsibilities You actively coach and stimulate your team to deliver on client experience and sales You inspire people to adopt the new way of working You help people sharing their knowledge in their multidisciplinary and self-organizing teams You identify potential training and development needs in your team You look for continuous improvement of the customer experience by looking for active collaboration with peers.
