Our Client, an Asset Manager in the city of London, is looking for a client reporting analyst, to start on a contract basis asap at their London city office.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Maintain client matrix containing reporting requirements and ensure delivery to agreed timelines For new mandates ensure that reporting requirements are agreed and scheduled with all parties Manage change both internally and with outsource provider Act as primary contact in relation to reporting workflow issues both internally and with outsource provider managing them through to resolution Escalate issues where appropriate but continue to own them through to resolution Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement within the reporting process Use both analytical skills and understanding of client reporting content and process to ensure correctness Undertake other client service activities as assigned
The ideal candidate will posses the follow skills:
Experience of Institutional Client Reporting in or for an Asset Manager Strong team working and interpersonal skills Demonstrable organisational skills An understanding of Asset Managers and Asset Management products Derivatives knowledge an advantage IMC/IAQ preferred
