Our clients are well established global Asset Management outfits with presence in Singapore. Due to growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Support/Client Service position to be based in their Singapore office working alongside a team of Business Development professionals.
Your role will be to service any new / exisiting clients (can be institutional or wholesale) in the region to contribute to the overall relationship.You will be responsible for answering client queries, prepare client presentations, coordinate RFPs, research information on prospective clients, support business development efforts. The role is critical in strengthening client relationships, create cross selling opportunities and develop new opportunities.
On an ad hoc basis, you should also be hands on on account planning efforts and help in any events/roadshows where needed. Where needed, you will also be able to attend client meetings and events with the sales team.
The ideal candidate will come with at least 2-5 years of experience either in a reputable asset management firm in a similar client servicing/sales support capacity, or years of experience in a support function like RFP writing etc. You will possess strong knowledge on funds as an asset class and have experience dealing either with institutional clients or wholesale channels or both.
