Your team You'll be working in CCS Technology Investment Banking Team in San Francisco, CA. We provide clients with mergers & acquisitions (M&A)/advisory, capital raising and general financial advice through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Your experience and skills You have:
A degree from a top tier university; MBA preferred
Experience in Technology Investment Banking, Software highly preferred
Strong interpersonal skill and ability to communicate effectively
Solid analytical and quantitative skills
High attention to detail
Strong understanding of banking products, capital structure and capital markets
