This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Management Operations team, supporting the entire Institutional Americas business. The Client Operations Specialist is an operations expert who will help plan, develop, implement, and execute operational tasks/processes across a wide array of functional areas.
Oversee the day-to-day execution and maintenance of a wide array of operational tasks/processes.
Partner with key internal stakeholders in transitions, compliance, portfolio management, product strategy, fund operations and legal to implement and execute new operational processes.
Closely partner and collaborate with broader Account Management and Account Associate teams.
Coordinate with counterparts in EMEA and APAC to ensure transparency and consistency of CM Americas operational effort.
Execute ad-hoc projects across channels and geographic regions.
Serve as a "duty expert" across the Institutional Americas team for operations-related questions/requests/troubleshooting.
Assess and identify technology/systems improvements in the support and advancement of the CM operations effort .
Significant operations experience is ideal.
Ability to oversee and implement multiple large-scale projects of varying length simultaneously, often with minimal supervision.
Skilled communicator who can build relationships across the firm and with clients.
Deep familiarity/expertise across a wide range of PIMCO systems/technologies.
Self-starter with a proven track record leading complex projects and establishing best practices.
