The Client Management team assists the Head of Investor Sales in developing an institutional client strategy for the Pan-Asia region. Using customer data and external market intelligence, the team identifies revenue opportunities across Equities and Fixed Income and suggests action plans to capture them. The team has a close partnership with sales leadership across all products, and aids in the implementation and execution of core management strategies
The team reports locally into the Pan-Asia Head of Investor Sales and interacts with a variety of global stakeholders across the Markets division
Become an expert in our customer data sources (internal and external) and suggest ways to enhance them
Perform frequent analysis to understand changes in client revenue and wallet share
Understand customer resource utilization across asset classes and develop tracking metrics
Strategize opportunities to grow wallet share as our competitors change focus/direction
Develop partnerships with sales leadership and understand the drivers and challenges of their specific business lines; strategize ways to increase wallet share
Establish a partnership with technology teams across the bank and collaborate to improve our customer data analytics
Provide insight into developments in CRM systems used elsewhere within the industry; investigate ways to improve our internal CRM tools
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Knowledge of and experience with statistics
Experience using data sets to solve problems and identify patterns/trends
Experience working with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Business Objects)
A self starter who takes ownership and accountability
Able to work effectively under pressure in a fluid environment
Able to manage several concurrent projects with different durations and meet deadlines
Possesses strong organizational skills with a close attention to detail
Aptitude for and desire to develop more advanced data analytical skills
Collaborative, team oriented, and service oriented
Strong critical thinking skills; proven track record of success
