Developing and implementing a comprehensive ESG analysis tool to be integrated in the fund selection process
Support the development of ESG strategies
Work closely with the investment analysts and investment managers in the roll-out of the ESG tool across the different asset classes
Take part in ESG due diligence and develop an investment view in ESG labelled funds
Develop and maintain best in class approach to ESG; staying up-to-date with industry trends and practices
Participation in client relationship meetings and presentations to internal and external stakeholders in association with sales, marketing, and PR departments To be successful in this role you will need previous experience in ESG acquired either in a specialised ESG team or in an investment team. You must be able to demonstrate strong levels of investment knowledge and understanding, and be able to exhibit a high level of initiative, strong organisational skills and drive with the ability to prioritise workload and deal with conflicting priorities. You will need to quickly develop strong relationships with a broad network of stakeholders across the business, so very strong communication skills both written and verbal are required. Proven knowledge and experience of developing and implementing a comprehensive ESG analysis tool is essential.
