Recommend and develop sales management strategic plans and staff training / coaching programs for driving wealth management business in the sphere of investment and insurance products of retail banking to meet the overall business objectives
Carry out strategic sales implementation plans, sales performance management tools and sales process streamlining initiatives, etc. for investment and insurance products according to the sales results and productivity analysis to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency of designated area(s)
Prepare and compile training materials to facilitate effective training, with continuous evaluations and ongoing support / field coaching
Coach and nurture sales staff to enhance sales productivity and performance to achieve business goals
Review and monitor the implementation of sales plans and drive to achieve persistent results
Cultivate and foster a culture of strong sense of integrity and compliance among branch management and sales staff through delivering good practices of investment and insurance sales compliance and control
At least 8 years' experience in banking or financial industry, 5 years of which must be hands-on sales management experience related to investment and insurance business. Candidate with frontline sales experience is preferred
Sound knowledge in investment and insurance business, retail banking operation, risk management and business practices
Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good coaching and sales management skills and be able to work independently
Possess a strong sense of awareness to people, being able to identify bottlenecks and motivate sales staff appropriately
Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Putonghua
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
Possess qualification in IIQE, HKSI & MPF
Candidate with professional qualification(s) such as CFMP / CFP CM / CFA / FRM / FLMI, or other similar finance or life insurance related professional qualification(s) is preferable
