Engage directly with clients via training sessions, meetings and other activities to increase users, usage and support cross sell, upsell, retention and new business development
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Research and Consulting teams to ensure consistent client service and effective team working
Show quantitative and qualitative measures of trainer effectiveness and client satisfaction through evaluation data, feedback and proactive follow up
Engage in commercially-focussed client discussions to influence product, service and overall Wood Mackenzie business development
Ensure a timely and comprehensive response to client queries and helpdesk
Demonstrate resourcefulness and creative approaches to increasing client engagement
Record and share all activities, information and materials with colleagues
Demonstrate excellence and best in class for content and workflow knowledge
Develop tailored training solutions which meet client requirements and workflows by conducting a thorough training needs analysis
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Wood Mackenzie research, content and tools
Maintain a thorough knowledge of energy, metals and mining, chemicals and other commodities including the companies active in those industries
Feed into the lead generation and sales opportunity process
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Trainer, presentation and public speaking skills
Knowledge of oil and gas, coal, metals, chemicals, ideally via Wood Mackenzie products and services usage
PC literacy – MS Office
Knowledge of Salesforce and WebEx Training Centre
Experience of varied training media, delivery techniques and methodologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent English language skills – other language skills are desirable
"Best practice" training knowledge
Project management skills
