10 Years' experience in Real Estate Analysis, Financial Modeling, consulting and Portfolio Strategy
MBA or other equivalent advanced degree preferred
Leading real estate strategic portfolio initiatives and decisions
Leasing and Acquisitions experience
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated track record of managing projects that achieve tangible business results.
Experience working closely with senior management and other critical decision makers
The Purpose of Your Role
The Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy and Enterprise Planning is accountable and responsible for driving a proactive strategic planning process at an enterprise and regional level to improve the performance of the global portfolio and make optimization recommendations to include:
Enterprise and Business Unit and Regional plans through 2020
Flexibility needed at an enterprise and regional level based on the alignment of supply and demand (duration matching)
Financial implications of long term strategies into the overall plan
Lead the lease decision process and assure all critical dates and approvals are met
A framework for ongoing quarterly portfolio reviews and assessments to show current state, changes, risks and opportunities to the plan.
We also expect this individual to bring in "best in class" practices that can be incorporated into the Fidelity Portfolio Planning process
