We are now working with a major private equity group with one of the most successful track records in the market. They are ambitious, dynamic and profitable and operate through a series of very successful funds. They are now looking for an Associate Director level professional to join their Fundraising and Marketing team in London. The purpose of the role will be to drive fundraising initiatives and marketing for the fund. Day to day, this will involve working on new fund launches. This will involve working with senior MDs to decide upon investment strategy, and working with senior professionals on the structuring of the funds and products. You will also take responsibility for fund documentation. Once the fund is ready to launch, you will help drive the fundraising process which will include preparing marketing materials, answering client queries, and assist and maintain contact with clients throughout the investment process. Once investments have been made, you will then maintain client contact throughout the life of their investments, to keep them updated with how the funds are preforming. You will also work on client marketing projects and help supervise a small team. They are interested in people who will have a background as follows: - AD/ Senior Manager/ VP level professionals - Currently working in fund raising, marketing, investor relations - We would also be delighted to hear from people from investment teams who are interested in moving into this type of role.
