An expanding Equity Sales unit currently seeks a junior assistant to join their experienced team in Hong Kong.
- Basic understanding of fundamental research and quantitative analysis on Asian companies. - Administrator for the banks client database systems (SalesForce, Spyder and Factset) - Creating and maintaining databases & mail distribution lists for the banks research products. - Tracking of research reports, and ensuring on-time mail distribution to appropriate PM's and Analysts. - Updating of client data and periodically uploading to the relevant systems. - Coordinating with sales to prepare and deliver appropriate reading materials, in preparation for client's meetings. - Support the sales desk for all marketing events. - Coordinating communication between sales and clients (e.g. meeting scheduling for conference and corporate Days) - Tracking and approving invoices, reporting expenses and documenting billing requests. - Conducting general administrative duties and office management responsibilities.
- Degree holder in Finance or related discipline. - Knowledge of financial markets. Prior experience in Equity Sales would be an advantage. - Candidates with relevant intern experience would be considered too. - Strong and effective organisation and communication skills - Comfortable in multiple tasking and supporting team member's efforts. - Solid IT knowledge, including the use of Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce, ONEaccess, etc.
