Our Asia office is currently looking for creative and dynamic professionals for its Technology department. The Asia Technology department services the business at the International Private Bank for the whole Asia Pacific region.
The role will focus in the area of Client Onboarding and Know Your Client. The individual will work closely across the global development/project teams to develop applications and also with business to manage functional business requirements, process re-engineering, and user engagement during the application rollout.
Design, develop and test software applying best practices of Software Engineering at every phases of the development process.
Identify and analyze business needs, recommend business on options and potential risks.
Document business requirements, and work with the development team to design and implement the best solutions for users.
Document test cases in conjunction with business requirements and ensure that clear validation criteria are established across the project life cycle.
Establish strong working relationships with business users and different functional teams across Private Banking Technology team locally and internationally.
Excellent analytical and process management skills required, and the ability to understand and interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Solid Business Analysis/Project Management experience in supporting the banking sector, preferably with the private banking and knowledge of KYC and client onboarding processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users, including senior business stakeholders, team leads, and subject matter experts
Experience and knowledge of Agile/Scrum (BDD, TDD) development methodology strongly desired.
Self-starter, being able to take initiative and work independently. Results driven, able to work under high pressure and client focused
