You would conduct in-depth analysis and exercise credit discernment on offering of credit products to private banking clients of the bank in alignment with global and regional policies and credit manuals and assigned credit authority.
You will liaise with internal legal/external counsel to identified risks are adequately addressed in legal documentation.
You will be liaising with Loan Operations, Credit Control and Credit Valuation Monitoring teams to ensure that approved credit transactions are adequately reflected, authorised and monitored in the risk systems.
You are going to act as a business and transaction enabler.
You will take the ownership of handling the credit risk of the relationship.
Education: You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in finance, banking or similar. Your relevant professional accreditation is desirable.
Experience: You have circa 5 years of prior work experience in financial services, with a focus on Corporate Banking, IB CRM, IBD, MRM, Research or Credit Analytics is helpful. Your knowledge of capital markets and credit products offered by private banks is desirable.
Personal characteristics: You should have strong communication skills, analytical skills, and writing skills, good negotiation skills, conceptual thinking, team-player.
