1.Cooperate to develop fundraising strategies and set priorities, goals and budgets to hit fundraising targets;
2.Establish and expand various fundraising channels to support the introduction of fund financing;
3.Research, identify and cultivate potential donors and communicate with current stakeholders including institutional investor, bank, trust and wealth management institutions, etc. in a bid to accumulate relevant channels and resources;
4.Plan and implement product marketing strategies as per the business request;
5.Complete other work assigned by the team or line manager.
1.Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' working experience in financing institutions including bank, trust, fund, insurance and wealth management institutions;
2.Be possessed with strong market development capability and broad networks with various financing institutions highly preferred;
3.Be familiar with fundraising procedures and practices; have been in charge of fundraising matters for large scale projects; be competent in project planning, scheme formulation, channel arrangement and program delivery;
4.Having strong marketing thinking and insights, professional capability and outstanding communication skills.
