Drive overall channel productivity & performance and achieve business goals through close monitoring of frontline business progress, conducting in-depth studies and offering recommendation to management

Provide insightful analytics and build forecasting models to assist management understand complex customer dynamics and effective sales behavior
Supervise the implementation of business strategies and support frontline achieve different business targets by providing timely MIS reports and conducting data analysis
Bachelor degree or above
Major / Minor in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management preferred
7 - 10 years or above relevant working experience, personal banking management and administration experience preferred
5 - 7 years or above working experience in financial institutions
With knowledge in project management, product development and business strategy preferred
With sales and performance management experience of retail banking industry preferred
With comprehensive and in-depth understanding in banking operations and process improvement
Familiar with market knowledge and trends in local regulatory requirements, industry practices, and risk management concepts, principles and control structures
Good language abilities, including Putonghua and English
