General Description BOS offers private equity funds to clients. This offering requires due-diligence, regulatory approval, marketing and client-servicing of such private equity funds, as well as portfolio management. This role is to be a member of the Private Equity team, specifically to provide investment support for private equity, private debt, and real asset portfolios focusing on analytics, reporting, transaction, and involvement in projects. The candidate should ideally have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in private banking or fund administration role, with accounting or finance-related background.
To assist to review and conduct due diligence on global private equity funds.
To provide analytics and reporting for the various private equity portfolios.
To assist with portfolio management and client-servicing.
To manage the product approval process, internally and externally with the relevant regulatory bodies.
To facilitate private equity transactions, including commitments, distributions and valuations.
Qualifications Work Experience Requirements
The candidate should ideally have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in private banking or fund administration role, with strong accounting or finance-related background.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel modeling, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and conceptual skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Self-directed, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
