The Institutional Banking Group's (IBG) Digital team strategizes and drives the Digital roadmap to lead the digital transformation of the IBG business globally. Govern and enable the engagement with various business partners and groups, client coverage, core product, country and regional sales, technology, operations and control partners. Ensuring the operating model in collaboration with all stakeholders is strictly followed to our digital framework to build the Eco-Systems, Acquire via the appropriate digital channels, Transact and Engage with the client in the most meaningful way.
The Digital Development Team is a subset of the broader Digital team and we own the development of digital product strategy and capabilities across the business and customers. Incubate and conceptualize digital tools and solutions to meet market, customer and operational needs end to end. A close collaborating team to existing core product teams and business partners in solution development.
Understand and assess partnership landscapes and opportunities across key markets and relevant ecosystems
Work with country and product stakeholders to define our regional and country API partnership strategy
Establish robust and proactive product, business development, marketing, and technology roadmaps to deliver against partnership strategy
Work with business and functional teams to translate partnership strategy into specific partnership programs, clear roadmaps, and actionable pipeline of opportunities
Define, deliver and review API partnership program success metrics together with in-market teams
Engage with ecosystem partners, government and regulatory agencies, fintech companies and developer communities to execute against plans and targets.
Between 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in top-tier consumer internet / PaaS / SaaS / enterprise software / financial services or related industries;
Good understanding of Transaction Banking related products;
Experience in Custody/SFS and Trade finance product management or Technology program management is an added advantage;
Experience in technical file ERP integration work, Virtual Accounts, and client facing roles on the subject is an added advantage;
Well-versed in API-driven and platform-based partnerships, business models, solution design and development, and partner integration;
Demonstrated success in sales, business development and/or partnership development, track record of delivering impactful results through partners;
Impeccable business acumen, proven ability to commercialize partnership opportunities, excellent consultative selling skills;
Experience in working cross-functionally and across regions and functions to drive partnership development, program success and KPIs;
Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments, bias towards action;
Strong communication skills, ability to speak tech and business when needed.
