Your role... - welcoming all customers in a friendly and proactive way; - selling our accounts and payment products, and recommending products from other fields; - helping and advising customers in the use of Self'Bankand online banking tools; - finding solutions (with a smile) to all their requirements; - detecting other business opportunities via your commercial contacts and passing them on to the appropriate colleague; - contributing to optimising the results of the branch; and - above all, being an enthusiastic and professional ambassador for ING, whose priority is the customer.
