Formulate the sales management framework and implementation plan, connect with the business and sales leaders to align business standards, requirements and execution tracking. Partner with global business units in the design and development of sales management & other business project frameworks and tools to ensure the leverages and contributes to the global development in sales management. Work with other functions in mapping the sales KPIs and client experience metrics for seamless linkages in the respective aspects of the sales & business teams' priorities & objectives. Collaborate with related functional teams to drive the development & management of business projects, analytics and therefore efficiency in overall business deployment. Provide administrative support to the sales teams in the region such as the design and generation of dashboards and reports from the CRM platform, data quality management as well as user training on CRM usage. Assist in producing regular and ad-hoc reports that facilitate sales pipeline management across the Asia-Pacific region.
To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in project management within sales & marketing functions of global companies, embedded in a strong sales and marketing culture. Experience in or knowledge of Salesforce. Sales, business management and client orientation to drive sustainable success in developing and maintaining effective tools and processes to support regional and global sales performance reporting and analysis.
