The Credit Systems Analyst will develop and support OTC Credit & Financial Services Team processes through SAP functionality and continuous improvement opportunities. Target areas are cash application processes, EDI development, OTC projects, and reporting.
Develop, maintain and distribute SAP/EDI documentation for Credit & Collection as well as extended support for team where appropriate
Maintain end user training materials and update as needed for changes in process & upgrades
Supervise, structure and coordinate training classes for: new employees, new upgrade functionality, process changes due to adjusted configuration and any other system related initiatives
Develop strategy to test, coordinate, execute and monitor regression/upgrade testing per documented schedules.
Test EDI based customer services to include 820 (remittance), 812s (debits) and EFT solutions
Develop and test SAP functionality with outside partners/bolt-ons (BillTrust / Get Paid / Central Finance to increase efficiency within the department such as credit card processing, automated cash application & lockbox processing
Explore system functionality to promote greater efficiency within the team i.e.: browser and reporting capability
Work closely with Credit Managers to develop system capabilities for improved account monitoring
Support reporting / analytical needs of management using SAP functionality and help drive SFS initiatives of team requiring systems assistance
Develop on-line training tutorials for routine and critical C&C processes/procedures
Manage GRC system security matrix and maintain as needed for all users and assist in BPO security audits
Participate on cross-functional projects as it relates to Finance and other areas to maximize system capabilities
Coordinate, lead and manage system integrations and testing requirements
Enter GRC service tickets when needed to identify and follow up on system issues that need to be addressed
Coordinate monthly automated reports running and scripting
Investigate and document on-line training for Credit processes for all new employees
Work on special projects designed to improve productivity, reduce costs and maximize order to cash cycles (migrations, acquisitions, customer harmonization, etc.
Act as liaison with IT for any OTC projects or needs

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
5-7 years of strong background in system work/experience with excellent project management skills
+3 years of SAP FI software & reporting experience required
Above average working knowledge of cash application, deduction management and credit processes.
Microsoft Office applications experience.
