The Testing Lead manages the team that is responsible for UAT end-to-end testing of system functional and technical design / builds as well as related reporting initiatives within an FCRMP programme team with an expectation to support system implementation and identify business and operational impacts and risks arising from underlying technology and operational initiatives.
* Leading testing effort to ensure a clear test plan is developed * Managing testing schedule to ensure all testing deadlines are met * Perform quality control to ensure high-quality deliverables * Development of testing artifacts - test plans, test scripts, traceability matrix, etc. * Co-ordinate with Environment Manager to ensure all environments have been established to specifications * Co-ordinate with end users to participate in User Acceptance Testing * Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback * Assess project issues and identify solution to meet productivity, quality and business goals * Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management * Conduct regular Testing Status meeting with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view * Work collaboratively with Technology development staff, Business and Operations teams to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities * Lead and facilitate regular defect management meetings to ensure defects are tracked, remediated and delivered for retest * Provide test management controls for all code deployments into different test environments

Identify and actively engage with various key stakeholders to ensure the success of the project/programme.
Work with FCC Controls leadership team to define benefits, requirements and impacts related to system implementation and change programme.
Work across FCC Implementation teams to identify the risks from system implementation and change programmes and steps to mitigate them.
Support regional regulatory interaction, particularly in relation to remediation requirements within the FCC function or expected by regulators.

Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of the FCC systems and processes
Knowledge of ETL processes for FCC systems
Testing Experience in the FCC related functions
Proven record in leading large scale projects
Strong written, oral and presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a group while delivery projects
Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes.
Proven experience of testing user interfaces.
Detailed knowledge of both Manual and Automated Testing is preferred
Experience of testing Windows Software Applications / Database applications produced using VB, C#, Access, SQL Server.
