Fund Administration & Reporting Officer – Singapore
We are seeking to build our team with the addition of a Fund Administration & Reporting Officer based at our Singapore headquarters. The person will lead the fund administration function within the firm and be responsible for investor reporting. The role offers the opportunity for a talented and motivated professional to enter the exciting market of private equity in our countries of operation.
Calculation of fund net asset value ("NAV") on a quarterly basis;
Preparation of quarterly and annual reports to investors;
Payment of fund expenses;
Meeting MAS and other regulatory requirements;
Calculation of the total return and other performance measures for the fund;
Monitoring investment compliance with MAS and contractual obligations;
Supervision and coordination with external service providers;
Travel to Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Accountancy and/or professional accounting certification;
3+ years of relevant experience in fund administration;
Knowledge of investment and asset management would be an advantage;
Strong desire to work in the private equity industry;
Excellent English communication skills;
Highest professional and ethical standards.
