Fitch's Human Resources function directly supports Fitch Ratings and Fitch Solutions, a client group currently comprising a headcount of just over 2100, and oversees the HR functions of Fitch Learning and BMI Research. We provide a service in line with a business partner model, with a specialist teams dedicated to Learning & Development and Resourcing. The HR team is located in regional hubs in London, New York, Chicago and Singapore. In addition, local HR administration duties are fulfilled by Office Managers in each office location. The Global Head of HR is based in London and is a member of the Fitch Group Executive, reporting to the CEO.
The Resourcing Officer role sits within the EMEA Resourcing Team. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager for EMEA and supported by a Resourcing Co-ordinator, they are responsible for EMEA experienced and graduate hires. This role is a full end to end resourcing role covering a multiple business areas and grades.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Management of the end to end recruitment process across a range of departments and job grades.
Sourcing of high calibre candidates through headhunting, advertising and use of our preferred agents.
Screening and qualifying of candidates.
Consulting and providing guidance and support as a recruitment expert to Hiring Managers.
Maintenance and updating of Applicant tracking system.
Management of candidates and offer negotiation process.
Working closely with HR Business Partners and On-boarding team throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and experience:
A number of years of recruitment related experience gained from an in-house or RPO environment, ideally gained within the financial services industry.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally Success Factors)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Confidence and aptitude to develop strong internal relationships at all levels.
Ability to provide an excellent candidate experience.
