Our client is a very successful European asset manager with a strong range of active funds. They are seeking to hire a Senior French Institutional & Wholesale Sales Manager to be based in their Paris office. Working as part of a small collaborative team, key responsibilities include; building relationships with a wide range of institutional prospects and fund buyers in France, including pension funds, investment consultants, private banks and family offices, developing a good understanding of potential requirements and a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, leading presentations and new business pitches, keeping up-to-date on new regulations and industry trends in the French market, attending conferences and industry networking events and developing marketing and pitch material. The successful candidate will be a fluent French and English speaker, possess a proven track record of successful asset raising in the French institutional & wholesale market, good investment knowledge, strong academics, excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to thrive in a pressurised and entrepreneurial environment.
