Out of the Dubai, the team work with corporates, sovereign wealth funds and financial sponsors across all products and sectors within the Middle East and to an extent the North African region.
Due to the team experiencing exceptionally high deal flow there is the need to add a mid-level Associate to join the team.
As an Associate, you can expect to be heavily involved in managing the execution of transactions, working closely with the Analysts in the team – this will include quantitative analysis, company valuation and financial modelling alongside deep industry research, as well as the opportunity to really manage and review their work. You will also be involved in the preparation of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community, whilst devoting significant time to the execution of the high volume of deals currently being worked on by the team.

M&A experience is a must.

Good team fit – will help with the guidance of juniors.
Arabic would be of an advantage but is by no means a necessity.
No previous experience working in the Middle East is required.
