One of our top tier investment-banking clients is seeking for a Client Onboarding Officer for a 6 months assignment. Contract extension is subject to the business need and candidate performance.
Ensure overall reconciliation of banks KYC system with downstream account opening system
Focus on the reconciliation, identifying gaps and resolving data alignment issues
Communicate with business and internal stakeholders with missing or incomplete documents
Able to cover New client adoption and periodic review
Perform client due diligence, front the KYC control teams and liaise with all levels of management across customers for Corporate Investment banking business lines, Compliance, legal and other support areas to ensure and efficient, flexible and accurate process for on boarding and Periodic review clients
Perform quality checks to ensure that defined guideline is adhered
1-2 year experience in the Banking/Finance industry with degree holder
Effective communication skills - to be able to manage relationships with clients virtually
Independent, self-motivated and a team player.
Ability to use sound judgment to determine due diligence quality and if meets regulatory standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively
Proficient in MS Office applications
