In addition to completing day to day tasks in a dynamic environment, the ideal candidate will use their own initiative to proactively develop projects and ideas, relating to distribution and client coverage
Onboarding fund distributors in Spain, organising roadshows and negotiating legal agreements; providing ongoing support and managing the relationship with Spanish distributors
Assisting the dealing process & liaising with administrators and investors
Resolving client service issues and completing due diligence questionnaires when required
Providing administrative support for paying agents, rebate agents or other intermediaries
Contributing to the production and updates of marketing materials in Spanish (presentations, factsheets, DDQs, investor letters)
Maintaining and updating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database
Ad hoc administrative duties such as arranging investor conference calls, preparing materials for client meetings, distributing investor letters and marketing materials
Fluent Spanish and English languages
Knowledge of the Spanish Fund distribution market and local regulatory requirements
At least three years of relevant, client-facing experience
