Our client is a premier global bank with diverse businesses and services global portfolio of clients. It is now recruiting Change Governance Lead, APAC – VP/Director.
The function supports change-the-bank initiatives across the region covering all businesses including Private Banking, Investment Banking and Financing. In close partnership with regional and global senior management, you are responsible for the governance, monitoring and controls throughout the lifecycle of the Change programs. You are the custodian of the change-the-bank investments made by the region. You will define the minimum standards of investment and execution governance to be followed by the change teams. You will lead the annual prioritization and budgeting process to ensure investment in right areas with optimal returns. You will provide senior management with transparency on the review and status of the change-the-bank portfolio and enabling decision-making through the year.
Degree qualified, you will have about 15 years of relevant experience including proven track records in leading portfolio of big and complex projects. With strong organizational, leadership, presentation and communication skills, you are driven, commercial, credible and able to influence diverse teams and stakeholders towards common objective. You are highly motivated and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and complex environment.
