Takes responsibility for development of entire Wealth Management (WM) business and achieve financial targets set by Management.
To further develop on existing and create/identify new business networks and contacts to enhance the Bank's pool of clients and revenue.
2. Infrastructure Building
Review, analyze and enhance current PB platform.
Create, build & develop WM strategy together and identify product gaps / new products. Structure sales strategy & tools for WM marketing activities.
Initiate and structure relevant training for Relationship Managers (RMs).
Conduct regular updates / developments on market, products & investments for RMs.
3. Client / Product Management
Provides holistic client / product management direction and covers all aspects of WM including but not limited to client relationship management, investment strategy, advisory, marketing and portfolio management, including working with suitable parties where necessary.
Assess the viability of our current PB business model to meet the risk profile of our PB clients. Suggest refining actions to clients to adjust their portfolio with the help of product & advisory team.
Implement necessary marketing programs/activities to achieve and assist in product sales.
Active monitoring of clients' investment portfolios and update clients.
Remains up-to-date on clients' needs and opportunities in the market
4. Ensure that activities carried out are in full compliance with the Bank and regulatory requirements including Know-Your-Customer (KYC) activities.
