Our client is a multinational investment firm. They are looking for a Regional C&B Manager to join their growing business.
Formulate the job grading, C&B structures, reward programs in Hong Kong and China
Carry out for C&B analysis and reports, including benefits practices, compensation and other people management analysis
Monitor all payroll administration functions and tax filing
Review annual salary and consolidate the internal & external benchmarking
Plan and execute HR initiatives, such as salary & benefits programs, incentive plans and manpower budgets
Implement and maintain the company ESOP
Minimum 7 years' solid experience in compensation and benefits, familiar with C&B and grading systems
Knowledgeable in local employment market and current legislations in Hong Kong and China
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, ESOP or talent management software
Well organized, detail minded and outstanding people management skills
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and high sensitivity to numbers
Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
