My client is a global a global corporate bank with strong presence in Asia Pacific. They are expanding their business within Asia Pacific region
As a Regional Credit cum Loan Administration, you will report to the Regional VP of Markets Operation in Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for all activities in the areas of Credit Administration, Collateral Monitoring and Loan Administration. You will be working closely with the Credit Department, Branch Management, and Head Office.
To qualify the individual should possess the below technical skill sets:
Understanding of the technicalities of bilateral, syndicated and agency Loan Agreements according to prevailing market standards.
Limit Control i.e. (Maintaining checks and authorizes the set-up (input/amendment/cancellation etc.) of credit facility limits in relevant Bank's systems).
Collateral Monitoring, Credit Monitoring and Credit Facility Documentation
Loan Administration / operations (inclusive of being a Facility agent )
Knowledge & Experience:
A tertiary qualification with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
Good understanding of corporate/commercial banking products and related facility and security documentation.
Experience in change management, system testing and implementation and project management is required.
Experience in both transaction processing and approval is necessary.
Knowledge of international loan operations and middle office function is desirable.
A fast learner who is able to work independently and as a team.
Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated, organized, meticulous and able to multi-task.
Good communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Ms Office applications.
