This position will oversee the Premier client segment
The primary responsibility will include meeting with customers to review their financial situation and coordinate with the Relationship Managers regarding investment holdings and performance of the portfolio
Strengthen the investment business' customer facing capability and to play an active role in developing the competencies and capabilities of Relationship Managers in the full range of investment solutions which include
Unit Trust Funds
Dual Currency Investments
Retail Bonds and Credit Linked Investments
Commodity Index Investments
Equity Linked Investments
Key responsibilities will include
Perform joint appointments with Relationship Managers with the goal of building stronger consulting capabilities
Constant engagement with the Relationship Managers to develop their consulting capabilities specifically in recommending investing solutions to the Premier segment
Active involvement alongside sales channels in customer 'prospecting', relationship building and new business pitches
Work with product teams, research team and sales channels to ensure proper follow through of market updates, customer portfolio actions and other business development opportunities
Represent the business and speak at appropriate customer forums
Have at least 2 -5 years of experience in a front-line capacity with wealth management products
Must have exceptional understanding of the full range of investment expertise in wealth management and related products, services and process
Have solid understanding of financial markets and be able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally.
Able to listen and interpret, to gather objective information, to negotiate, respond or inspire at all levels of interaction
Leadership qualities demonstrated both in terms of a role model and in creative thinking.
A team player with a motivational, hands-on approach.
Flexibility to travel to different branches
Candidate should evidence strong ability to articulate complex ideas and develop them into tangible benefits to customers, coach and develop talents, cope with ambiguities.
