To provide advisory services on Premier Legacy and other suitable Premier Bancassurance products
Primary responsibility includes meeting with clients to review their financial needs and work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver a comprehensive suite of insurance solutions to address customer's retirement planning, savings and financial protection
Key responsibilities will include
Perform joint appointments with Relationship Managers with the goal of building stronger consulting capabilities of sales people
Constant engagement with sales channels to develop their consulting capabilities specifically in recommending solutions to affluent retail segment
Active involvement alongside sales channels in client 'prospecting', relationship building and new business pitches
Work with product teams and sales channels to ensure proper follow through of product developments, client portfolio actions and other business development opportunities
Represent the business and speak at appropriate client forums
Have at least 3 years experience in a front-line capacity with bancassurance products
First class interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated in the ability to consult and influence successfully.
Leadership qualities demonstrated both in terms of a role model and in creative thinking.
Flexible, pro-active and innovative approach to customer solutions
A team player with a motivational, hands-on approach.
Flexibility to travel to different branches
Candidate should evidence strong ability to articulate solutions and develop them into tangible benefits to clients, coach and develop talents, cope with ambiguities.
